No upfront cost, really?

Yes, pay nothing to use our free t-shirt selling online tool and services. We do not need you to commit to ANY minimum order quantity (1 piece is good enough!), and only charge you once you have made a sale and collected money.

Do you have a price list? How much money can I make?

You can access our prices by looking at our price list. You set your own prices so you can make as much or as little as you want. On average, our customers earn between 30-50% margin on each sale. That’s a very good profit margin for a zero capital business!

I need cheaper prices, can I get further discount?

If you have a bulk order, please contact us to get access to very competitive volume pricing. We also offer performance discounts for high performing clients. Contact us to assess your qualification.

Can you do custom branded labelling?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer piece per piece brand labelling due to the nature of on demand printing. We also found that most end users are less particular about the labelling, and more interested in the quality of the t-shirt itself. That said, you can still get your branded labelling done via our competitively priced bulk purchase order. Contact us for a quote!

Are there any limitations to my artwork?

None whatsover. Our print technology can print full coloured, micro level details on any design.

What type of clothing/accessories do you offer for print?

We have a range of clothing from babies to adults to canvas bags. We are constantly working on increasing our product offering. 

Do I need my own website to sell T-Shirts?

I want to integrate my website to your platform. Can I do that?

We integrate automatically to shopify via our free t-shirt selling app. For other platforms, we can still integrate via API.

I have more than 100 product SKUs, is there a faster way to upload my products?

Yes, we can upload via API for you.Contact us if you have more than 100 SKUs.

Can you ship to my customers?

Yes, we offer dropshipping services which includes free packaging and white label services (No Famsy brand on consignment and packaging note).

How much is delivery fee?

MALAYSIA - Express Post (POSLaju) - MYR5 for first item, RM1 for each additional item

We currently do not ship worldwide but will extend this service shortly

How is your print quality?

We use DTG (Direct to Garment) print technology, which allows us to print full coloured artwork directly onto your garment without the need for any artwork mould to be made beforehand (Hence, no minimum order quantity required).

DTG prints give a really nice bright finish for graphic designs, but may have some limitations when it comes to printing solid block colours (not as vibrant), and quality of print can vary slightly between different types of garments. For more information on DTG print quality, you can schedule a visit to our facility, or order a sample of your own prints!

How is your t-shirt quality?

We do not carry our own t-shirt brand, but do our best to source good quality, 100% cotton material from local suppliers. T-shirt quality varies with different brands, and different people have different specifications with them. To ensure you are happy with what you are getting, do schedule a visit to our facility, or contact us to arrange a discounted price for sample stock
